We suggest biodynamic wine cookies, among the various ingredients you will find our Borgo Faveri Bianco. Wine, excellent for accompanying desserts, can also be a precious ingredient for aromatizing the dough.
There are many variations of this recipe, in Perlage Bioblog we present the vegan version without adding butter, milk or eggs. The biodynamic white wine will make the dough fragrant, but spice lovers can “strengthen” it by adding: cinnamon, star anise, hazelnuts or almonds.
The recipe is quick and easy, here the ingredients:
100 ml of Borgo Faveri Bianco biodynamic
100 ml of seed oil
90 g of caster sugar
300 g of 00 flour
50 g of whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
q.b. icing sugar
As first thing mix in a bowl the white wine, oil and sugar. Then add the baking powder and sifted flours. Work the dough until you get a compact and homogeneous mixture. Divide the dough into small portions and compose the cookies. Place them on a baking sheet, bake at 170 degrees for 15 minutes.
Wait until the biodynamic wine cookies have cooled, then sprinkle with icing sugar before serving and.. enjoy!!
