Not only figures but also new tools for comparison and in-depth analysis, such as the Materiality Analysis. After administering a questionnaire to customers, we cross-referenced the needs expressed by the company and its stakeholders, highlighting the issues to be prioritized for intervention with a view to planning sustainability activities.
