We have the recipe for you! We propose biodynamic wine cookies, among the various ingredients you will find our Borgo Faveri Bianco.<\/strong> Wine, great for accompanying desserts can also be a valuable ingredient for flavoring the dough. There are several variations of this recipe, in Perlage’s Bioblog we present the vegan version without the addition of butter, milk or eggs. Biodynamic white wine will make the dough fragrant, but spice lovers can “strengthen” it by adding: cinnamon, star anise, hazelnuts or almonds. <\/p>\n

The recipe is quick and easy; here are the ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

100 ml of Borgo Faveri biodynamic white wine<\/p>\n

100 ml of seed oil<\/p>\n

90 g of granulated sugar<\/p>\n

300 g of 00 flour<\/p>\n

50 g of whole wheat flour<\/p>\n

1 tablespoon baking powder<\/p>\n

q.b. powdered sugar<\/p>\n

Preparation: <\/strong>First mix the white wine, oil and sugar in a bowl. Then add the baking powder and sifted flours. Knead the dough until it is firm and homogeneous. Divide the dough into small portions and compose the cookies. Place them back on a baking sheet, bake at 170\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
