A global view of life on the planet enables the biodynamicist to be able to work with the mineral, plant and animal elements in a way that fits into Nature’s phenomena in a purposeful and, above all, respectful way.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Biodynamic wine<\/strong> is based on the fundamentals ofbiodynamic agriculture<\/strong>, which has its roots in the ideas of Austrian philosopher Rudolf Steiner. With him the foundations were laid for a “holistic” conception of agricultural activity, in close relationship with the surrounding environment, the whole Earth and ultimately the cosmos. <\/p>\n

Essential value therefore is the conscious use of natural forces with the aim of obtaining a biodynamic wine<\/strong> that comes from a collaboration with Nature.<\/strong> In this context, Perlage, one of the best-known organic wine producers<\/strong> in Italy, offers within its catalog two different types of wines made with grapes from biodynamic agriculture.
\nCol di Manza is a Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Millesimato among the flagship wines of the Perlage winery. Borgo Faveri Bianco and Borgo Faveri Rosso are still biodynamic wines; both of these biodynamic wines are Demeter-certified.
