In particular, it is an important means of raising awareness of the local area and traditional economic activities. The main purpose of Sustainable Tourism is to improve the quality of life of local people and foster contact with each other and a fair distribution between costs and benefits by ensuring the self-sufficiency of communities and the satisfaction of tourists.  <\/p>\n<p>In recent years there has been much talk about <strong>Eco-Sustainable Tourism<\/strong>, this concept is often linked to the world of <em>fair<\/em> trade, especially in reference to tourism in Third World or developing countries. Brazil, Ecuador, Peru in Latin America and Tanzania, Kenya in Africa are favorite destinations for <em>sustainable travel<\/em>. While in Italy, favorite destinations definitely include parks.  <\/p>\n<p>Another goal of <em>Sustainable Tourism<\/em> is to make sure that destinations, especially nature destinations, are preserved from mass encroachment that sometimes leads to damage to the resources themselves, which must instead be protected for future visitors.<\/p>\n<p><em>Sustainable Tourism<\/em> thus looks to the future; <strong>economy<\/strong>, <strong>ethics and environment<\/strong> are the basic principles on which it is based.<\/p>\n<p>Sustainable Tourism<\/p>\n<p>Any type of travel, destination and budget, can be considered sustainable, as being a <em>responsible traveler<\/em> simply means being aware of your impact on the Planet.<\/p>\n<p>What are the behaviors of the <em>responsible traveler<\/em>?
