WHO BUILDS THE FUTURE WITH US

The future, like wine, is the result of shared work. It takes shape over time, through solid relationships and conscious choices, built together with those who share our way of doing business. We collaborate with a range of partners, united by a long-term vision, who help us evolve the way we work in the vineyard and the cellar every day.

The 7Nardi farm was founded in 2005 in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills, a region synonymous with the production of Prosecco Superiore DOCG. Initially led by Claudio Nardi, the estate is today run by Tobia Nardi, a third-generation winegrower with a vision focused on sustainability, innovation and the enhancement of the local terroir.

With 21.5 hectares of vineyards cultivated entirely under organic farming, 7Nardi produces high-quality grapes while respecting the environment and biodiversity. Most of the vineyards are dedicated to the production of Prosecco Superiore DOCG, alongside other varieties such as Cabernet, Verdiso, Chardonnay, Manzoni Bianco and Merlot.

The vineyards extend across five prestigious municipalities within the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG area: Farra di Soligo, Refrontolo, Cison di Valmarino, Pieve di Soligo and San Pietro di Feletto. A unique territory marked by significant temperature swings and an extraordinary aptitude for winegrowing.

7Nardi has always invested in research and innovation in organic viticulture, adopting advanced technologies for the remote monitoring of the vineyard through data-sensing systems and climate control. The fragmentation of the plots and the variability of the hillside environment make precise, sustainable management essential, especially under organic farming.

The estate’s commitment to sustainability also takes shape in its plastic-free vineyard project, aimed at reducing environmental impact and promoting an increasingly responsible approach to viticulture.

Family tradition, technological innovation and respect for the environment are the values that guide 7Nardi every day — an authentic expression of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene terroir and of a passion for organic viticulture handed down across generations.

Gruppo Sostenibilità

The Sustainability Group (Gruppo Sostenibilità), active since 2015, brings together companies from different sectors that share the goal of integrating sustainability into their business strategies. Its regular meetings provide a space for companies to exchange experiences, tools and concrete practices to improve the way they do business.
Ivo Nardi is among the founding members of this initiative.

Dialogue between companies generates new solutions.

Sustainable Wine Roundtable

Perlage is a member of the Sustainable Wine Roundtable (SWR), an international platform bringing together different actors in the wine supply chain committed to improving sustainability across the sector.
Discussion within the network focuses on concrete issues such as emissions reduction, packaging and responsibility along the supply chain. Sharing experiences helps identify shared solutions and move the sector forward in a more responsible way.

The sustainability of wine is built along the entire supply chain.

PIWI International

Perlage is a member of PIWI International, an international network that promotes research into and the spread of fungus-resistant grape varieties.
These varieties make it possible to reduce vineyard treatments and represent one of the most promising paths toward a more resilient viticulture. Within the network, we engage with researchers and winegrowers from various countries, sharing scientific knowledge and agronomic experience.

Fewer treatments, more balance in the vineyard.

Carbon Footprint Italy

Perlage takes part in the Carbon Footprint Italy programme, the national initiative that collects and publishes the results of the quantification of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions of organisations and products.
The programme accepts only carbon footprints verified by accredited third-party bodies, in accordance with recognised methodologies. This requirement ensures the robustness of the data communicated and helps avoid unverifiable climate claims. The carbon footprint measures the contribution to climate change and represents a specific — though fundamental — dimension of environmental impact.

Verified data for transparent climate communication.
