In our organic still wines we express a vision based on quality, sustainability and respect for nature. Rosés, whites and reds are born from a conscious viticulture that combines tradition and responsible innovation.
The rosés are distinguished by finesse and balance, the whites by aromatic complexity and fullness of flavor, and the reds tell a strong character, the result of a project that enhances Italian grape varieties such as Primitivo and Sangiovese from the Marche region.
Our organic philosophy goes as far as Demeter-certified biodynamics, expressing itself best in Borgo Faveri Rosso, a symbol of authenticity, harmony and respect for the earth.

Chardonnay Trevenezie IGT
Born on the vocated soils of Veneto and Friuli, this Chardonnay finds in the climatic freshness the ideal conditions for a precise and authentic varietal expression. The olfactory profile is fine and defined, with hints of white-fleshed fruit, in which melon and pineapple notes emerge, integrated in a clean and elegant aromatic framework.

Pinot Grigio DOC delle Venezie
Pinot Grigio Perlage grows on cool, breezy soils of the Veneto region, where sunshine and sea breezes meet. With aromas of white flowers and crisp fruit, it is a fresh, linear wine with a clean finish. It offers immediate pleasantness, accompanying each sip with brio and gracefully highlighting the directness and serenity of sharing.

The Verdiso grape variety finds its ideal environment in areas where winters are harsher and spring creeps in slowly, with gradual warmth. The grapes come from organic vineyards located in the hilly strip in the far north of the Treviso foothills, where the climate gives the vine a forthright character and authentic identity.
