Animae Cabernet is dressed in a ruby red with violet hues. Born from temperature-controlled fermentation and storage in complete absence of oxygen, it reveals elegant complexity. Ten percent of the wine ages several months in oak barrels, acquiring structure and delicate vanilla notes. Red fruit aromas and vegetal hints harmonize with a dry, refined sip with a measured tannic texture, offering an intense and harmonious experience.

Vinification
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in steel containers. Aging: malolactic fermentation, leaving the wine in contact with its activated fine lees for several months, and clarification in steel containers. Storage is in the absence of oxygen. The final product is the result of fermentation of grape juice alone without the addition of any additives. Ten percent of the wine matures for several months in barriques.
