Aleph Manzoni Bianco Metodo Classico Brut – Gold Medal!
Our Manzoni Bianco Metodo Classico Brut has won a gold medal, an achievement that recognizes the passion and dedication we put into caring for our vineyards. This wine is the result of a rigorous selection of grapes, hand-harvested between late August and early September. After temperature-controlled fermentation until spring, the wine ages on the lees for a full 25 months. The result? A wine with an intense straw-yellow color, a well-balanced aromatic profile, and extraordinary minerality. The jury particularly appreciated its deep color, enveloping minerality, and the harmony between aromas and flavors, making it a unique tasting experience.
Pinot Grigio DOC delle Venezie – Gold Medal!
Our Pinot Grigio DOC delle Venezie also swept the awards, winning a gold medal as well. This organic wine stands out for its freshness and the complexity of its aromas, which range from fresh flowers to notes of white fruit. On the palate, it is vibrant and pure, with a light savory note that enhances its quality. The jury had no doubts, awarding our Pinot Grigio a perfect 10 out of 10 for clarity.
