Falstaff awards this Prosecco DOCG made with biodynamic grapes

The elegant character of this Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Millesimato made with biodynamic grapes was awarded 92 points by the renowned German magazine Falstaff in the Sparkling Special 2021 competition. The judges Othmar Kiem and Simon Staffler were especially impressed by the finesse of the aromas and the persistent perlage.

Here is their review: " brilliant color with silver-gray reflections and a perlage with fine, persistant bubbles. Fresh stone fruit aromas on the nose with notes of juicy pineapple, lemon and a lovely bouquet. On the palate a pronounced fruity sweetness, fragrant and long mouth end."
