The certified fields are from the quality and food safety to the guarantee of our organic farming methods.

DEMETER Certificate
This organism guarantees that food products and their ingredients are from biodynamic farming.
UNI EN ISO 9001-2015 Certificate
Quality management system that identifies and describes the working methods of the company, in order to obtain the maximum quality standard.
BRC Certificate
Specific requirements to be met by an organization to enable the production, packaging, storage and distribution of safe food and consumer products. This certification is strongly required by English GDO.
IFS Certificate
This certification concerns the compliance with laws and the customer defence.
Benefit Corporation
According to this certification the company must use its business to create a positive impact within the local community and the surrounding environment. The company has to set some goals and actions toward environment and social sustainability, promptly verified by a third body (BLab).
PIWI International
Perlage is a member of PIWI International association: an international working group for the promotion of fungus-resistant grape varieties, it is also an information network on this topic. The aim is to exchange scientific and practical knowledge in the field of resistant grape varieties.
VIVA certification
VIVA represents the public standard for measuring and improving the environmental and social sustainability performance of viticulture in Italy, with a special focus on AIR, WATER and TERRITORY.
