Research and applied innovation for a more efficient winery

MORE stands for Microorganisms for Energy Savings in Oenology: an applied research project created to address a pragmatic but strategic issue for our operational reality. Rather than limiting ourselves to good intentions, we chose to work with scientific institutions, research centers and supply chain realities to understand where and how the winery can consume less energy without compromising wine quality.

MORE has not been an abstract experimentation, but a laboratory of data, tests and concrete solutions.
Through the analysis of processes, the use of recognized methodologies and the continuous confrontation with those who study and observe these phenomena, the project has generated knowledge useful not only to Perlage, but also to those who, like us, want to make production processes sustainable without losing orientation towards quality.
