Decarbonization Plan. Where we are and where we are going

Decarbonization is a path that requires method and time. Perlage began by measuring its Organization Carbon Footprint to understand where climate impacts are generated along the supply chain.

Where we are.
The analysis shows that the main share of emissions is related to Scope 3, particularly materials, packaging, logistics and viticulture. This has shifted the focus from internal efficiency to a supply chain view.

Where we’re going.
The Plan integrates reduction of direct impacts, improved energy efficiency and in-vineyard experiments geared toward soil carbon sequestration. It is a progressive pathway, monitored over time and designed to build solutions that can be shared with partners and conferrers.

Decarbonization, for Perlage, is a gradual transformation, based on data, experimentation and collaboration.
