Bottle of Perlage Prosecco DOCG, 91 points from Vinous, organic wine from Conegliano Valdobbiadene.

Eric Guido’s second venture into the world of Perlage sparkling wines

In the article “Italy’s Love Affair with Sparkling Wine,” wine critic Eric Guido is quick to mention the importance of appellations in guiding consumers in their choice of which wine to buy.
The work being done within the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG appellation is receiving particular acclaim for its determined commitment to promoting values such as terroir and, above all, the highest product quality.

Our Quorum Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG certainly has both of these characteristics and has earned 91 points on the Vinous website. Its main characteristics, according to Eric Guido: ‘good minerality. A spicy character with a sweet finish that creates a pleasant contrast, then softened by mouth-watering tropical notes of melon and green apple. Quorum is a unique Prosecco that’s a real crowd-pleaser!’

Quorum’s smoothness pairs well with desserts that aren’t too sweet, such as traditional cookies and tarts.
