Prà Giarin

White Trevenezie IGT

Prà Giarin’s vineyards live in a mosaic of fields once left to meadow (prà), protected by dense hedges that host a silent biodiversity. The soil, gravelly and lean (giarin), forces the roots to reach deep into the soil, in search of the few nutrients the soil grants. It is this stingy soil that enhances freshness and aromatic intensity.
The harshness of the conditions gives structure and longevity, and Prà Giarin rests in jars and amphorae of modern interpretation before being bottled.
